Prices for standard-design apartments rose in Ogre, Salaspils, and Kauguri in June - Arco Real Estate
RIGA, July 12 (LETA) - Prices for Soviet-era standard-design apartments rose in Ogre, Salaspils, and Kauguri in June, according to the latest property market report by Arco Real Estate.
In Ogre, prices for standard-design apartments increased by 1 percent in June 2026, with the average price per square meter reaching EUR 972. This past June, apartment prices in Ogre were 10 percent higher than at the beginning of 2026.
In Kauguri, Jurmala, prices for standard-design apartments rose by 0.4 percent in June to EUR 883 per square meter. Since the beginning of 2026, apartment prices in Kauguri had risen by 7 percent by June.
Prices for standard-design apartments in Salaspils rose by 0.2 percent in June, averaging EUR 902 per square meter. In June, prices for standard-design apartments in Salaspils were 6 percent higher than at the start of this year.
In Jelgava, apartment prices in June 2026 remained virtually unchanged at EUR 799 per square meter. In June, prices for standard-design apartments in Jelgava were 4 percent higher than at the beginning of 2026.
