Satiksmes ministrs Anrijs Matīss (no kreisās) pasniedz "Autoceļu Avīzes" Gada balvu SIA "Limbažu ceļi" valdes loceklim un tehniskajam direktoram Andim Zaļaiskalnam par labāko 2014. gadā izbūvēto valsts autoceļu Rūjiena – Mazsalaca (P21) posmā no Virķēniem līdz Idum, kurā veikti paplašināti pārbūves darbi.
