TV3 žurnālists Ēriks Palkavnieks vada Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības centra rīkotā informatīvi izglītojošas kampaņas "Atbildīga aizņemšanās - redzi parādam cauri!", kuras mērķis ir vērst iedzīvotāju uzmanību uz atbildīgu aizņemšanos un veicināt sabiedrības finanšu pratību, atklāšanas pasākumu uz atpūtas kuģa "Rīgas Pērle".
