Latvijas Bankas ekonomists Helmūts Ancāns piedalās Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības centra rīkotās informatīvi izglītojošas kampaņas "Atbildīga aizņemšanās - redzi parādam cauri!", kuras mērķis ir vērst iedzīvotāju uzmanību uz atbildīgu aizņemšanos un veicināt sabiedrības finanšu pratību, atklāšanas pasākumā uz atpūtas kuģa "Rīgas Pērle".
