Latvijas Nacionālās bibliotēkas 11.stāva zālē svinīgā pasākumā tiek pasniegtas Amerikas Latviešu Apvienības un Latvijas Bērnu fonda stipendijas 20 maznodrošinātām daudzbērnu ģimenēm, 10 studentiem no daudzbērnu ģimenēm, bāreņiem un trim smagi slimiem bērniem.
