Satiksmes ministrs Anrijs Matīss (no kreisās) un SIA "Limbažu ceļi" valdes loceklis un tehniskais direktors Andis Zaļaiskalns ar saņemto "Autoceļu Avīzes" Gada balvu par labāko 2014. gadā izbūvēto valsts autoceļu Rūjiena – Mazsalaca (P21) posmā no Virķēniem līdz Idum, kurā veikti paplašināti pārbūves darbi.
