Satiksmes ministrijas Autosatiksmes departamenta direktors Tālivaldis Vectirāns piedalās īpaša "pop-up" velo eksaminēšanas punkta, kurā, nokārtojot eksāmenu, būs iespējams saņemt velosipēdista apliecību, atklāšanas pasākumā velokafejnīcā "Miit".
