Pie Brīvības pieminekļa atklāj Ceļu satiksmes drošības direkcijas, Valsts policijas un Policijas velobiedrības rīkoto sociālo eksperimentu "Cieņas velopatruļas", kura laikā līdz aprīļa beigām policijas darbinieki veiks velobraucēju uzvedības mērījumu, fiksējot pārgalvīgos un agresīvos braucējus, kā arī uzslavējot cieņpilnākos satiksmes dalībniekus.
