Laukumā pie Kaļķu ielas notiek kampaņas "Beidz smēķēt, sāc augstāk mērķēt!" pasākums, kura laikā atzīmē Bijušo smēķētāju dienu un apsveic cilvēkus, kuri pilnībā atteikušies no smēķēšanas vai arī spēruši pirmos soļus ceļā uz dzīvi bez tabakas dūmiem.
