Starptautiskās Šaha federācijas (FIDE) Baltijas zonas prezidents Āris Ozoliņš (no kreisās), FIDE prezidents Kirsans Iļumžinovs, Rīgas Tehniskās universitātes (RTU) rektors akadēmiķis Leonīds Ribickis un Latvijas Šaha federācijas prezidents Pēteris Šmidre piedalās Baltijas valstīs lielākā starptautiskā šaha festivāla "RTU Open" atklāšanas pasākumā RTU.
