Rīgas domes Sociālo jautājumu komitejas priekšsēdētājs Leonīds Kurdjumovs pasniedz ikgadēja konkursa "Labā zvaigzne Rīgā 2011" balvu nominācijā "Senioru labdaris" Andrim Baltaiskalnam, kurš ar personīgo transportu bez atlīdzības apbraukā ziedotājus, saņem ziedojumus un nogādā tos attiecīgajām personām.
