Aizturētais 1975.gadā dzimušais bezdarbnieks Ingus Zaharčenoks, kurš tiek turēts aizdomās par ielaušanos AS "Latvijas Balzams" veikalā 13.janvārī Vecrīgā notikušā grautiņa laikā, tiek konvojēts uz tiesas zāli Rīgas pilsētas Centra rajona tiesā, kur lems par viņam piemērojamo drošibas līdzekli.
