Apraksts
Sešpadsmit gadus vecais Artūrs stopē uz Vidzemes šosejas, lai pēc skolas nokļūtu mājās Murjāņos. Valsts bērnu tiesību aizsardzības inspekcija veic reidu Rīgā, Vidzemes priekšpilsētas ceļa posmos, lai noskaidrotu, vai/kāpēc uz ceļa stopē nepilngadīgie, vai viņu vecāki par to zina, vai stopētāji parūpējušies par savu drošību.
